During lockdown I have been running a number of Mastermind Sessions for Choir Directors. They have been very well attended, insightful and interactive. We’ve discussed all sorts of great stuff including technology challenges, running online rehearsals, membership retention, and of course, the prospect of coming out of lockdown and what that will entail for those meeting up again.
We’ve had around 40-50 Choir Directors during each session which I have held every 3-4 weeks.
The next one is this evening, but I am hoping to run these regularly going forward.
